Please move Fedora 32 and 33 to archive since they have been EOL for a while.

The archiving is in progress. It should be completed in a day or so. Once it is completed, we are getting close to the Fedora 34 closeout/retirement. Should we finish off 32/33 first or wait until 34 is EOL in June and do all three together?
This was done a while ago. We didn't do 34 yet however. Shall we do that now?
