The git-up package has been retired, for a lack of time according to https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/git-up and https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/K45UAXPBG44RX4KXMQYSX6ZBJDZK6FBM/. I'd like to take over maintenance since I do use the package. Currently I maintain a copr (https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/ekohl/git-up) and having it within Fedora makes my life easier.
The package is retired for more than 8 Weeks as per https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Package_Retirement_Process/#claiming We require a re-review to unretire this package.
Once you have BZ with fedora_review+ please reopen this ticket.

For tracking purposes: I opened https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2082032. Doesn't have fedora_review+ yet, so keeping status of this issue as closed for now.
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Package_Retirement_Process/#claiming states I should list the branches. I'd like to package this in rawhide and f36 (I have no f35 machines).
