The older version of systemtap in rawhide does not work with the f10 kernel. This newer version has been tested with rawhide (and also older kernels), and also contains some neato new features.
+1. Would be nice to have caught this sooner.
notting, sorry, you're right. We hesitated to release a 0.8 before a key new piece of function ("user-space probing") also worked with the fedora kernels. Perhaps we should have issued a mere build-compatibility update earlier. It's late, but we do have both the build-compatibility and the new feature in place now. We'll try to be more rawhideaholic in the future.
