python-certifi is retired in PDC and blocked in Koji, despite never being retired in dist-git.
Please:
When do you need this? soon, users are impacted by this
When is this no longer needed or useful? when we stop using PDC or when epel7 goes EOL
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? users unable to install this package from epel
Another user reported the package missing, please, unretire it soon.
