#10706 Unretire python-certifi on epel7
Closed: Fixed 2 years ago by humaton. Opened 2 years ago by churchyard.

  • Describe the issue

See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2065094

python-certifi is retired in PDC and blocked in Koji, despite never being retired in dist-git.

Please:

  1. extend the EOL in PDC to match other epel7 packages, mark it active
  2. unblock python-certifi in Koji (tag epel7)
  3. tag back the latest build python-certifi-2018.10.15-5.el7
  • When do you need this? soon, users are impacted by this

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? when we stop using PDC or when epel7 goes EOL

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? users unable to install this package from epel

Another user reported the package missing, please, unretire it soon.

Fixed.

This needs some investigation. If the package was never retired by you.
