  I recently orphaned Siril due to the lack of codecs in Fedora and the package got retired on 01 February.
  Now that Fedora have support for ffmpeg I'd like to unretire it. Since the package got retired less than 8 weeks ago I understand no re-review is required.

Therefore, I'd like to ask to unretire Siril in Rawhide, F36 and F35 and add me as main admin.
