Those two packages makes sugar work with NetworkManager 0.7 (#470998). The patch is quite big as we were only supporting 0.6 before. This has been dropped completely. If we do not get the changes in we will not have the ability to connect to wireless networks from within sugar. As sugar just made it in F10 in the last minute maybe we could consider this change even at this late stage.
I have been doing testing on rawhide so far - I hope to get more test samples in the next days but filed this already to get awareness that i am working on this. I hope i did follow the process right :)

It's not included in any main spins and definitely will improve things for the Sugar live image. So +1 from me
