This seems like a bug in python-mulitlib. It seems to only handle gtk2 modules instead of gtk3:
https://pagure.io/releng/python-multilib/blob/master/f/multilib/multilib.py#_186
Perhaps we can fix that instead of adding more hard coded stuff to the whitelist?

From the releng meeting today, we discussed that there's a python lib that is supposed to handle multilib stuff but they don't really want to have a bunch of exceptions I guess that's why humaton tried opening a pr for the same back in days[1] didn't resolved the solution, so we discussed to add it our pungi configuration.
[1] https://pagure.io/releng/python-multilib/pull-request/10
From the little understanding, this is a init pr for adding the configuration to pungi-multilib conf: https://pagure.io/pungi-fedora/pull-request/1210
Once this get's merged, we can close this https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/pull-request/1742
