  epel8-playground is being decommissioned.
  The tags and the targets have been removed from koji
  https://pagure.io/releng/issue/10555
  But the repo is still there, with all the packages from it's last build on 20220128.

The best solution would be to rebuild the repo one last time if possible. This should give an empty repo, which would then be synced to all the mirrors.
If that is not possible, then we need to archive the repo and remove it from the mirror list.
