The project was assigned to me(limb). When I try to reassign to her, I get:

But she is, according to https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/user/mmassari/
But not according to https://src.fedoraproject.org/user/mmassari/groups
@mmassari Could you try logging out and back into src.fedoraproject.org?

Logging out and in again fixed it. Now I can see I belong to the packager group even from this link https://src.fedoraproject.org/user/mmassari/groups.
I will wait for the access rights to the python-teamcity-messages project.
