Was a Blocker but dropped back to a Target when it was unknown we would get a fix in time. We have! It was due to a patch that was applied to libnotify that broke the api. So a one line fix has fixed the problem (on an i386 and x86_64 machine for me). Due to the issue with libnotify this will more than likely affect all ekiga users in F-10 so it would be a reasonable (and very simple) fix.
