#1055 GNU libc 2.8.90-17 - Fixes security hole with malformed DNS answers

I'd like to request -17 be pushed into Fedora 10 final as it addresses a security hole in the GNU libc DNS resolver. This workaround in -17 has fixed this.

Jakub is building a glibc more appropriate for the F10 release and he'll be asking us to tag it probably tomorrow after testing has completed.
