I want to add package perl-Sys-Virt [1] to EPEL 9, but I am not able to build it due to missing dependency 'libvirt-devel >= 7.10.0'. The package libvirt-devel-7.10.0 is in the latest CentOS Stream 9 CRB repository. It seems it is not in koji buildroot for EPEL 9.
Could you please add it to buildroot? Or could you please let me know what should be in buildroot for EPEL 9?

The package libvirt-devel-7.10.0 is available in EPEL 9 buildroot now
