Needed to package python-hyperkitty for the Mailman3/Hyperkitty upgrade
Previously unretired in https://pagure.io/releng/issue/10454 for Rawhide but turns out f35 is also blocked despite this package being retired long ago (my assumption on which branches get blocked are wrong it seems)
