#10397 Untag `jpegxl-0.6.1-1.fc36` from Rawhide
Closed: Fixed 2 years ago by kevin. Opened 2 years ago by besser82.

The jpegxl-0.6.1-1.fc36 bumps the libjxl.so soname and needs proper coodination for rebuilding its consumers. This is causing many packages to fail building, as the jpegxl package is part of the depency cycle of the doxygen package.
