Describe the issue Please create f35-kde side tag (and koji target). KDE SIG semi-often does batched updates during fedora release, and having this available would be of great convenience.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) No urgency, as soon as reasonably possible. Do have plans to use this immediately when available.
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD) Likely till when f35 goes EOL (or close to it)
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? User-created side targets are an option, but not as visible or convenient.

f35-kde has been created:
$ koji add-tag f35-kde –parent=f35-build –arches=armv7hl,i686,x86_64,aarch64,ppc64le,s390x $ koji add-target f35-kde f35-kde
You can do builds with:
$ fedpkg build –target=f35-kde
