When we branch, we'll need new bugzilla trackers for Fedora 36 FTBFS and FailsToInstall.
I'd do it myself, but I was asked by @mohanboddu to let releng do it under the releng user.

Please add the F36FTBFS and F36FailsToInstall aliases.
Please move the RAWHIDEFTBFS and RAWHIDEFailsToInstall alias to the F36 bugzillas from the f35 bugzillas.
Please make the bugzillas public, not private.
Please add the FTBFS bug to scripts/massrebuildsinfo.py.

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

Packagers cannot mark Bugzillas as blocking the appropriate tracker bugs.
