We dont have anything like Freshmaker in Fedora. You can use a script to achieve what you want.

We had an initial deployment of Freshmaker at one point but it was never functional and nobody was responsible for fixing it / maintaining it.

I think it does but there is nobody that stepped up to enable this in Fedora and maintain it on the long term :)
