Describe the issue I need rust-nalgebra for other library and program that I want to package in fedora.
When do you need this? When you have time. This year's should be ok.
When is this no longer needed or useful? When no package will depend on it.
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? Other rust library or program can't be package for fedora.
