  The fedora-minimal container image hasn't updated at Quay.io since November 2020.

I notice that the fedora image is up to date, so Quay.io integration isn’t entirely broken.

A work around is to use the up to date fedora-minimal image from registry.fedoraproject.org.

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
  Presumably there are people who are getting outdated container images without realising it, which could be a problem for security.
