The package is meant to be only modular (as part of flatpak-runtime module), but it ended up in the repos after being included in a mass rebuild. I've now retired it in the rawhide branch to avoid this happening again in the future.
I'd like to remove it from the f34 repos as well, but I don't want to do 'fedpkg retire' there because we want to keep on using the f34 branch for the modular content.
Please untag flatpak-runtime-config from f34 (or I can do it myself too, mostly just filing the ticket for tracking purposes). I think it needs to wait after the Beta freeze is over though to avoid breaking the ongoing freeze.
