Describe the issue kuser was retired by @rdieter in f34 and rawhide a few hours ago. I am a comaintainer and want to keep this package active. This package is no longer maintained upstream, but there is no fully functional replacement. The plasmoid that is the official replacement is end-user-centric and only offers a small subset of KUser's functionality. (In particular, it does not allow administrating system users.) And even the non-KDE alternative system-config-users was dropped as part of the Python 2 retirement. The only viable replacement that I know of is lxqt-admin-user from lxqt-admin, which is currently OnlyShowIn=X-LXQt. Hence, I consider this retirement to be in error.

You're right, the f34 branch is still marked as retired, I cannot push to it.
Sorry for that it should be unretired on f34 now.
