Hmm I am confused this seems identical to #22129 but fedpkg won't let me put an SL on a branch:
$ fedpkg request-branch f32 --sl "rawhide:2022-12-01" Could not execute request_branch: You can't provide SLs for release branches
or was the earlier problem timing due to the f32 branching.
The branch was created in PDC and git. It may take up to 10 minutes before you have write access on the branch.
