This defines defaults for django, reviewboard and nodejs.
django and nodejs don't have default streams as we rely on content
already available in Fedora; these modules only provide alternatives.
reviewboard has a default stream that depends on the modular django. If
anything from this stream is installed, the django module will be
activated.
All defaults define installation profiles for all available streams.
