Broken deps in plasma-workspace and ksysguard. @rdieter @kkofler

Looks like @mkyral tried to rebuild various things but some failed - plasma-workspace failed because it was missing a new enough kwin-devel, kwin failed because it's missing "KF5Kirigami2"...I'll try and dig through this.

Well, kirigami2 isn't the real problem it seems, KWaylandServer is. Filed a bug.

So we're basically stuck with about half of KDE 5.18.90 built but the other half not able to build due to this problem; it's a new dependency of kwin, according to @kkofler , which we'll need to get packaged. If that might take a few days, we might want to consider temporarily making the KDE images non-fatal so we can get some composes through.

@adamwill @kkofler please let me know and I will make the necessary changes to make KDE non fatal.

So we decided in the end to untag all the 5.18.90 builds until this is resolved. @mohanboddu is going to go ahead and do that, then we can fire another compose.
