If you want to write about this Change, assign this issue to yourself and contact the people listed as Owners on the following Fedora Wiki page: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Replace_UDisks2_by_Storaged
Ask them about the extent of the Change, and about whether the Change is really implemented in Fedora 25. If it is, write a paragraph or two explaining the Change in an appropriate section of the Release Notes, get your text reviewed by the Owner(s) for accuracy, and commit the text to branch f25 of this repo.
