Add a counterpart to '-a' which can be specified multiple times and "always" processes the named module.
Technically '-a' should be '-A' and '-a' should have this functionality. But maybe there's a smarter way to do it.
This would let you pull just, say, yesterday's changes to fedora-secondary with -T yesterday -a fedora-secondary.
