So, we've now found a major issue. We need to check the data that urlgrab() gets before marking the file as downloaded. urlgrab() is not raising an exception (as it's not supposed to) for a 302 which means we need to double check what urlgrab() gets for us before we allow the file to be marked as downloaded, and thus not failing back to another mirror.
