The subprocess calls seem to just give up sometimes with the way that jigdo-file gives output. For now, I think just using os.system() for the calls where we don't need output might be best. This might affect the gui when we get to that point, but for now it might get us running. Anyone with skills with subprocess, please offer help. Thanks.
