It seems that urlgrabber doesn't like file:// so we might need to do a urlparse to find the scheme and then use some os call to copy the file to where it should go (or link).
It's not urlgrabber, it's something else. This should just be tested again, it might have been fixed. If not, it's more then likely a urljoin() call that is screwing things up.. not sure, yet.
