In staging Bodhi, I found that I cannot run a compose with this Pungi error logged:

@puiterwijk mentioned that this is a Pungi bug, as Pungi is not supposed to require signed copies of the RPMs if None is listed as a key id.

The log should mention paths that were checked. Does it mention a path to the unsigned copy? Do the files exist?
@lsedlar it mentions paths, those don't exist, since the builds were GC'd in production. We'll just need to sync koji back up.
