In Fedora 24 FESCo has decided that 32 bit x86 is not release blocking. we need to be able to gracefully handle things when it fails to build and carry on with the compose. We need some way to specify that an arch is not release blocking, and deal with things when image building etc fails on a non blocking arch.
This should be possible with [pull request #99|https://pagure.io/pungi/pull-request/99]. So far, only buildinstall, createiso and liveimages phases are handled.
