Use well defined gather ouput as input for pungi aka (static manifest)
Static Manifest should always be per repository
This should allow external tools to generate static manifests.
Usecase is automated build infrastructure: * external tool detects "need to rebuild content" generates static manifests for pungi (possibly trough pungi-gather or other tool) and triggers pungi "builds" on demand.
nice start would be split pungi (the actual pungi-gather tool) log into log and the input for pungi-koji
I'm going to close this issue as it's not something we plan to do any time soon. It would be great to refactor this part of the code base, but the requirements today are slightly different to what they were two years ago.
