Fedora wants to make i386 non release blocking.
In order to enable this we need to be able to configure artifacts that fail on a per arch basis. There is some hiccups in enabling this.
image builds, livecds etc all have one task in koji for all arches. we will need to adjust koji to enable some arches to fail, or we need to detect the failure in pungi for the non blocking arch and resubmit the koji task without those arches.
Doing it all in pungi may be easier but has the potential to cause the compose to be much much slower.
Current status on master branch: we have per-arch failures for live media and image build.

It's not implemented for live images (at koji level), but it's not a problem for Fedora, as we only build those for non-blocking architectures (at least now).
