in the iso directory we need to use netinst not boot in the iso name

I guess I was not clear enough. I was not talking about that iso at all. I was talking about the one in the iso directory. i.e. http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/23/Server/x86_64/iso/Fedora-Server-netinst-x86_64-23.iso which is hardlinked to http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/23/Server/x86_64/os/images/boot.iso
This can now be configured. I will close the issue once config gets updated and we can verify it works correctly.
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/24/Fedora-24-20160314.1/compose/Server/x86_64/iso/ has an iso with netinst in the name and it boots I can verify it is fixed
