This one doesn't seem right to me; we shouldn't be expecting an F27 branch here... we should be expecting a branch matching the version of maven (3.5 or 3, depending on Maven's compatibility policy).
Let's cancel this one and merge #474 instead.

@sgallagh FYI, I was following Change document, which implies that stream name should be "f27".
