in https://pagure.io/pungi-fedora/blob/f25/f/fedora.conf#_571 we set the branch to f25 in rawhide we implicitly set it to master by not defining any git branch to use. as a result we missed setting the branch in f26 when we branched. we should explicitly set the branch to master in rawhide to ensure that we update it when branching
