t/cindex*: skip --join when join(1) is missing
    
    While join(1) is POSIX, busybox on Alpine 3.19.0 does not
    provide its functionality.  So just skip tests for now since
    it's too much trouble to provide a workaround for an otherwise
    common POSIX command.
