Many packages show nothing in the active releases list in the web interface. Example: https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/coreutils
Thanks for your report, unfortunately this is the wrong project, pkgdb2 is what is running at: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/
Upstream for packages is at: https://github.com/fedora-infra/fedora-packages/ However, the behavior you're seeing has already been fixed in git in: https://github.com/fedora-infra/fedora-packages/pull/179 and https://github.com/fedora-infra/fedora-packages/pull/185
I believe there will be a new version with these fixes soon
