#41 RFE: Define name in configuration file

Would you be open to defining the "project name" as a configuration variable?

Other users of pkgdb may not want "Fedora" all over the pkgdb web pages and instead of hand-editing the template files a configuration variable is much cleaner. I'm attaching a patch that does this, but you may want it done a different way.
