In order to let people know why a package was retired, can you display the contents of the dead.package file?

If in theory possible, I have two considerations about it:

that means a web call to the git for each retired branch (so slower page on loading)
where to put the information in the page

Fixed in https://github.com/fedora-infra/pkgdb2/pull/120

When a package is retired, clicking on 'Retired' in the status panel will show an alert pop-up with the content of the dead.package file (if there is one).
