Change the button for saving the updated text name to Save instead of Edit when editing pull request description

Looks fine to me, I'll merge this manually to save you the rebase :)

I'm also going to rework the commit message, if you git log seeing "Fixes #3945" will really not tell you anything about what was changed in this commit :)
