Currently, when you push new commits to a previously created Pull Request, the notification "Pull-Request was updated" is shown in the PR comment stream.

It would be awesome if this had a little more information in it, like the number of commits, and an overview of the commit messages too.

I have had a quick go at this already, and have got it working pretty simply:

However, the way i have got it showing up is pretty hacky -- by changing the text of the message, and making the message render as markdown.

It would be nice if i had access to this info in the templates, so i could play with how it is presented to the user. (not sure how to go about doing this though)
