#771 Overview tab of a repo should show creation date

Now that we show the creation date in the browse section, the creation date should really also be shown somewhere in the overview tab of a repo also -- maybe in the sidebar?

i like it!

you will need to do a bit of custom CSS here to get that working, as there is nothing set for that presentation in the fedora-bootstrap at the moment.
