I honestly would rather keep this for a little later when the project is a little more mature.

Multilanguage support is great but (and I'm not a native english speaker) may complicate quite a bit the development and make the experience frustrating for the users if the translation is incomplete and for the translators if the strings keep changing.

It has not changed since my last comment :)

The last update was 6 years ago, no further requests, updates or actionable tasks since then. I have the feeling we should re-evaluate it for 6.0 and see if we can at least prepare the codebase somehow to be more flexible in future.
