Currently, on a pull request that is Closed or Merged, there is a line under the description that just says "Merged by " or "Closed by "

we should move this into the position in the right sidebar where the box showing if an open PR can be merged is displayed when the PR is open. It would also be good to show the time/date of when it was closed or merged too.

@ryanlerch, isn't this done in https://pagure.io/pagure/pull-request/683 ?

The description of the PR does say it is fixing this ticket, so let's close it :)
