Well, that would mean that same link appears in any on-site installations, and that will likely get us to do end-user-support for those installations I think...
While the most people using it on pagure.io know who to contact for what issues often, you can't expect all users of local intsallations to do the same.

So if this would only be on the template used by pagure.io, I'd be +1. I'm -1 to add it for the upstream version.
