#566 Missing glyphs in Open Sans font
Closed: Fixed Opened by lsedlar.

I really like the new design on master branch.

However, the default Open Sans font is missing some glyphs: the one I know about is ř. In my browser it gets replaced by serif font, which looks weird.

That's something for Ryan :)

hmmm, i wonder what is going on here -- that glyph is in Open Sans.

What may be happening here is that it is using your local copy of OPen Sans (if you have one), and it is an older version?

Ah, yeah there was no local issue here -- the woff2 files that we were shipping didnt have the extended latin glyphs included.

I have opened a pull request to update the font files, and provide font files for older browsers too that dont support woff2

This patch works for me, are you able to try it out?

Works like a charm on my end as well.

PR merged :)

Thanks for your report @lsedlar and your fix @ryanlerch!
