On my account settings page:

the Change Avatar button goes to this link:
https://www.libravatar.org/account/login/
which is 404 not found. Elsewhere on your site (during the account creation process) the button went to the correct link which is:
https://www.libravatar.org/accounts/profile/

Thanks for reporting the issue @ryandesign , already fixed by https://pagure.io/pagure/pull-request/5367 a while ago. There was just no release of a new pagure version that could be installed on pagure.io yet.
