vagrant and containers are atill using f34, which is EOL.
Conan Kudo wombelix: python2.7 interpreter is still around even in F37 it exists for people to run things in tox against py2.7 if your operating environment requires it but yeah, updating to f36 is a good idea

The unit tests on F36 (rpm and pip) throwing errors due to newer versions of some python packages, which first need to be fixed before we can changed the default vagrant and container images to F36.
