When trying to fork a git repo or open a PR on src.fedoraproject.org, I am getting the error:
You must sign the FPCA (Fedora Project Contributor Agreement) to use pagure

I have signed FPCA and it shows "signed" @ https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/user/cjp256/.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Did you try signing out and signing back into src.fedoraproject.org? That information refreshes when you sign in, or it'll do it nightly, I think.

I did logout and no luck. I'll try again tomorrow :)

Actually, I just signed out again while in src.fedoraproject.org and it worked!

Perhaps I signed out earlier while on accounts.fedoraproject.org and that made a difference?
